Basically, a move-out cleaning means that everything needs to be cleaned inside the property. However, on our website, you can book a normal cleaning for a specified duration, such as 8 hours, and you can add extra items on our online booking form. These additional items may include appliances, windows, fridge inside kitchen cabinets, sliding doors, and much more.

This means you can create your own list of items that you think require cleaning and specify the date and time you need the cleaner. We always recommend booking a cleaner for 8 hours depending on the current state of the property.

Outdoor areas and balconies are not included in a move-out cleaning. Additionally, services such as cleaning outdoor window frames, mold removal, stain removal, cleaning heavily polluted bathrooms with limescale and mold, cleaning radiators from the inside, or specialized cleanings are not included.

The service also does not cover cleaning storage rooms, lifting heavy items, removing trash, or emptying garbage bins.

Determining the exact time needed will vary for every home, depending on its size and level of cleanliness. When booking a cleaner on Housecleaners.Amsterdam, it is your responsibility to estimate how many hours you need. We always recommend booking 8 hours, as this is not a standard cleaning like most people mistakenly assume. This recommendation helps avoid situations where the job is unfinished or only partially completed, which we would like to prevent.

All supplies should be provided by you, including a vacuum cleaner, mop, and necessary products to ensure a thorough clean. To enable the cleaner to do a good job, we recommend purchasing some additional products. These include Antikal spray for bathrooms, Dubro grease remover for the kitchen, oven spray, surface cleaner, Glassex, and any other items you deem necessary. Please note that providing these supplies is your responsibility. If the cleaner cannot perform their work due to a lack of supplies, no refund will be given.
