Booking a cleaner through Housecleaners.Amsterdam is a quick and easy process. Just follow the steps below to schedule your cleaning service online:

1. Visit the Website

  • Open your browser and go to Housecleaners.Amsterdam.
  • On the homepage, you’ll find an option to start the booking process. Click on the Book Now button, typically located at the top of the page or within the main menu.

2. Select How Many Hours of Cleaning You Need

  • You’ll be directed to a page where you can choose the number of cleaning hours required.

Options include:

  • 4 hours For regular maintenance and tidying up.
  • 6 hours A more thorough service to address hidden dirt and hard-to-reach areas.
  • 8 hours Complete cleaning to prepare a space for a new occupant.

Click on your desired hours to proceed.

3. Choose Additional Services (Optional)

  • Housecleaners.Amsterdam allows you to personalize your booking with add-on services. You can include options like:
    • Oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, diswasher and kitchen exhaust cleaning.
    • Window cleaning inside, doors or sliding doors cleaning.
    • Choose the amount of kitchen cupboards that you want to have cleaned from inside.
  • Check the boxes for any additional services you would like to include.

4.Select Date and Time

  • Use the built-in calendar to choose a date and time for your cleaning service.
  • Select from available slots based on your convenience. Make sure to book in advance, especially for peak times, to ensure availability.

5. Discount coupon

  • Add a discount coupon when available to get discount.

6. Provide Your Address and Contact Information

  • Enter your address details, including street name, house number, postal code.
  • Provide a valid email address and phone number so the team can  contact you if needed.

7. Review Booking Summery on The Right Side 

  • Before proceeding to the checkout, review all the details of your booking.
  • Check the hours of cleaning service, additional options, date, time, and property details to ensure everything is correct.

8. Make a Secure Payment at Checkout

  • Fill in your billing details on the checkout page, just as you would in a regular online shop.
  • Housecleaners.Amsterdam offers various payment options:
    • iDeal
    • Credit Card
    • Klarna (with the option to pay in installments)
  • Choose your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.

9. Receive Booking Confirmation

  • Once the payment is completed, you’ll receive a receipt by email and an extra confirmation within 24 hours with the details of your booking.
  • The confirmation will include the date, time, and address for service.

10. Enjoy a Sparkling Clean Home!

  • On the day of your service, the cleaner will arrive at the scheduled time and take care of everything as specified in your booking. Make sure you have the cleaning products, mop and vacuum ready.

Need to Modify or Cancel Your Booking?

  • If you need to make changes or cancel your booking, please contact us 14 days before the appointment.
  • Customers may cancel their booking up to 14 days before the scheduled appointment and receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given for cancellations made 13 days or less before the scheduled appointment.
